Individual Coaching

Coaching is basically a deep human trust based relationship between you – the client, and myself – your coach. This relationship is exclusively devoted to empowering your objectives and your development.

Its framework provides you total security because of the absolute confidentiality I guarantee. Our contract defines the number of sessions – 8 on average – and their duration – between 1 and 2 hours. If the cost of your coaching is covered by your company, the process will start and end by a meeting with your line manager and/or your HR manager in order for us to define together the coaching objectives and at the end, to verify their fulfillment.

It is up to you to find the most meaningful indicators to measure your goals’ accomplishment. Your own satisfaction is a primary indicator, as well as that of other stakeholders, according to your situation:

Do you want to increase your level of impact and embrace the full potential of your position within the ExCom? In this case, your speaking skills, your active contribution to subcommittees, the projects lead by you might be your success indicators.
Are you are in the process of establishing yourself as the manager of a new team? Your success indicators might be the operational results, fostering positive management rituals, conflict regulation, team-members’ career outcome, results of a 360° feedback survey.
Are you seeking to refresh dynamics in your own career or re-evaluate your professional orientation?
